The forum rules are quite simple and straight forward...
1) Don't be stupid
2) Don't be mean
3) Provide as much information as possible when reporting issues. Example, tell us what Windows OS you use, if you use x86-64/amd64, if you run inside of a VM like VMware or VirtualPC, if you use the daemon or standard clamscan.
4) Realize we can only provide so much support to this package, as we all have full time jobs that take our primary focus.
5) Try to help your fellow user out if possible - share your tips and hints!
6) Report any spam to the SOSDG admins as soon as you see it.
