Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

The following are terms and conditions of access to our services.

  • SOSDG services are privately owned and operated by the SOSDG and it's staff. We reserve the right to change access policies, deny people access, or terminate people's access if we feel the person has abused our services.
  • Users on our systems are not allowed to participate in DoS attacks, harassment, cracking, or other illegal or unethical activities (this includes spamming). We reserve the right to terminate your access if we feel you have violated these rules.
  • Data found on our site is owned by its original author unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions about copyright or wish to reproduce content, please contact us at admins@2mbit.com.
  • We make no guarantees of any kind about our services. If we are down or unavailable, other then contacting the administrative staff, you must wait until services are restored.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms of conditions by posting a new version.
  • We reserve the right to set additional conditions for certain services.
  • You agree by using our services to limit our liability to the amount of fees paid to us for the current or immediately prior period of service, and that our free services are provided with absolutely no warranty or liability of any kind.

We have the following privacy policies.

  • Any and all information collected or stored by us may be used to enforce our terms of service, to prosecute unauthorized access, or pursuant to a court order.
  • We may require and collect personal information to prevent abuse of our system. This includes access to our certain tools and e-mail/shell/web developer access. We regard this as private information, and will use it only as necessary to provide requested services or to enforce policies as stated above.
  • When you access any of our services, our servers will log such information as your IP address and User-Agent. These logs are normally aggregated before use, and are not used to personally identify any visitor except in the event of abuse of our services.
  • Mail sent to our servers is logged and possibly (in the case of spam especially) saved for later review and possible addition to our blocking list (the AHBL). The SOSDG reserves the right to delay or block any mail which we feel is inappropriate or unsolicited in nature.
  • Any email or other communication directed to the SOSDG, AHBL, or it's staff may be stored, publicly displayed, archived, posted, or submitted to third parties without restriction. Generally, only communications of a threatening or abusive nature will be used in this manner. We strongly suggest that you think your messages through very carefully before e-mailing us if you wish to avoid making a fool of yourself in front of millions of people.
